Description
Power and Battery Charging
The AC adapter supplies external power to the Thuraya IP+ terminal while also charging the installed battery. The terminal can remain operational during charging, making the adapter suitable for extended sessions from offices, hotels, temporary field facilities, and other locations with access to mains power.
International AC Compatibility
A 100–240 VAC, 50–60 Hz input range allows the adapter to work with common electrical systems in many countries without a separate voltage converter. The correct supplied power cable must be used for the local wall outlet.
Designed for the Thuraya IP+
The adapter provides the 19 VDC, 3.4 A output specified for the Thuraya IP+ terminal. Using the approved power supply helps maintain correct charging and operating voltage and avoids the compatibility risks associated with generic adapters.
Indoor Use
The charger is intended for indoor use only and has a specified operating-temperature range of -25°C to 55°C. It should be kept dry and protected from rain, spray, excessive heat, and physical damage.
