Order Processing
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of process and confirmation of payment. SatellitePhoneStore uses the following carriers for delivery: FedEX, UPS & USPS. We also utilize multiple airlines for same day shipping needs. SatellitePhoneStore retains the right to hold shipment or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.
Back Orders
In the case of a back ordered items we will contact the customer via e-mail. If an order can be partially fulfilled we will ship the part of the order that is in stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
International Shipments
Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to these additional costs once the shipment reaches the destination country. These additional costs will be borne by the customer as these costs will vary by country. When these customs clearance procedures are required there may be delays in delivery date.
