Description
Direct RCL-300A Replacement
The ACR 6009 is designed specifically for the RCL-300A searchlight. It provides the correct 35W metal halide HID light source required by the searchlight’s twin-lamp assembly.
It is intended for replacing a failed or worn lamp rather than converting another searchlight model or lamp type.
High-Intensity Searchlight Output
The RCL-300A uses two 35W HID lamps, with each lamp producing more than 500,000 candela. Together, the lamps provide approximately one million effective candela for identifying navigation markers, shorelines, floating objects, and work areas at night.
Individual Replacement Lamp
The ACR 6009 is supplied as one lamp. Both RCL-300A lamps should be inspected when servicing the searchlight, but only the number requiring replacement needs to be ordered.
The manufacturer specifies an operating life of approximately 1,000 hours for the RCL-300A lamps.
