Manual or Water-Activated Operation

The C-Strobe H2O can be switched on manually with its push-button control or placed in an armed position for automatic activation when immersed in water. This allows it to function as a conventional emergency light or as a water-activated life jacket signal.

Three Signaling Modes

The light offers three operating modes:

• Flashing strobe for emergency location signaling
• Steady-on illumination
• SOS signaling pattern

The 45-lumen white LED provides a visible personal distress signal during nighttime or low-visibility conditions.

Extended Operating Life

Two replaceable AA batteries power the light. A fresh set typically provides more than 120 hours of continuous operation in strobe mode at 30°C, with minimum tested performance exceeding 100 hours at -1°C. Reverse battery protection helps prevent damage if the batteries are installed incorrectly.

Life Jacket and Equipment Attachment

The slim housing includes flexible side loops that support several attachment arrangements. The included PFD clip fits over the oral inflation tube of many inflatable life jackets, while the lanyard and hook-and-loop strap allow the light to be secured to PFD webbing, backpacks, or other safety equipment.

Marine Safety Construction

The impact-resistant housing is waterproof and has been tested for 24 hours at a depth of 1 m / 3.3 ft. The C-Strobe H2O is approved to USCG and SOLAS standards and also carries CE and Transport Canada certifications.
