ASE Intelligent Handset & Mounting Kit for 9555 Docks (MNT01-H87)

Dedicated Docking Station Handset

The intelligent handset allows calls to be placed and answered through a compatible ASE 9555 docking station while the Iridium phone remains secured and charging in the dock. It provides a familiar handset interface for installed satellite communication systems in vehicles, vessels, offices, and remote operating locations.

Unlike a basic privacy handset, the intelligent model includes an LCD screen that displays operational and phone information. Available functions include SMS messaging, voicemail indication, phone setup, and system status.

Adjustable Mounting

The included swivel RAM mount allows the handset to be positioned where it is visible and within reach of the operator. This is useful in mobile installations where the handset must remain secure while still being easy to access.

The mounting hardware is intended for the ASE Iridium 9555 docking station family. The installation surface and placement should be selected so the handset does not interfere with vehicle controls, walkways, or other equipment.

Compatibility

Model MNT01-H87 is designed for the ASE DK050 docking station used with the Iridium 9555 satellite phone. It is not the corresponding handset kit for ASE Iridium Extreme 9575 docks, which use a different model and mounting hardware.

The Iridium 9555 phone, docking station, external antenna, power equipment, and satellite service are not included with this accessory kit.
