Description
Extended Antenna Placement
The 14-meter cable provides additional flexibility when mounting the antenna separately from the EXPLORER terminal. It is useful for larger vehicles, temporary field installations, equipment shelters, and other configurations where the terminal must remain protected or accessible while the antenna is placed in a suitable external location.
Compatible EXPLORER Equipment
This cable is designed for the EXPLORER 325 and EXPLORER 727 in-motion vehicle terminals and the EXPLORER 710 portable BGAN HDR terminal. Compatibility should be confirmed with the specific antenna and terminal configuration before installation.
Cable Routing and Installation
TNC male connectors are fitted at both ends for connection between compatible antenna and terminal interfaces. During installation, the cable should be routed without sharp bends, crushing, excessive tension, or contact with hot and moving vehicle components.
