Description
Secure Device Attachment
The spine adapter fastens to the rear of the compatible inReach device using the included screws. Once installed, it creates a standard Garmin spine-mount connection for attaching the communicator to compatible clips, tethers, mounts, and carrying accessories.
Included Aluminum Carabiner
The supplied carabiner connects through the webbing loop, allowing the inReach to be clipped to a backpack, belt loop, equipment bag, or other suitable attachment point. This keeps the satellite communicator within reach during outdoor travel without requiring it to be carried by hand.
Compatible with Other Garmin Mounts
The adapter can also connect the inReach to other compatible Garmin spine-mount products, including backpack tethers and belt clips. This provides more flexibility when changing how the device is carried between hiking, vehicle, and field-work applications.
inReach Mini Compatibility
Garmin part number 010-12723-00 is intended for compatible spine-mount devices and is commonly specified for the original inReach Mini and inReach Mini 2. The newer inReach Mini 3 series uses a different spine adapter.
