It supports Fleet Xpress services, allowing crews and operators to maintain reliable internet connectivity for business operations, communications, and onboard welfare.
Higher Throughput with a High-Power BUC
The terminal is available with either a 5W or 10W Ka-band BUC. The higher-powered configuration enables increased uplink performance, making it suitable for vessels with greater bandwidth requirements such as commercial shipping, offshore energy operations, research vessels, and luxury yachts.
Existing 5W systems can be upgraded to a 10W configuration without replacing the Below Deck Terminal, reducing upgrade costs and minimizing installation time.
Simplified Installation and Operation
The GX60NX HP features Intellian's All-In-One Below Deck Terminal (BDT), which integrates the ACU, GX modem, power supply, GX Mediator, and Ethernet switch into a single 1U rack-mounted unit. Combined with the AptusNX commissioning software and a single coax cable design, installation and configuration are straightforward for new builds and retrofit projects.
