Description
Terminal Power and Battery Charging
The adapter supplies the regulated DC power required to operate a Hughes 9202M terminal and recharge its removable lithium-ion battery. It is useful at offices, temporary command sites, field accommodations, and other locations where AC mains power is available.
International AC Input
A 100–240V AC input range and 50–60 Hz frequency support allow the adapter to work with common electrical systems in different countries. The correct regional AC power cord is required for the local wall outlet.
Replacement or Spare Power Supply
The AC/DC adapter is included with complete Hughes 9202M and 9211 terminal kits and is also available separately under part number 3500411-0008. A spare adapter can be kept at a second operating location or carried as backup for field deployments.
Indoor Operation
Hughes specifies the power supply for indoor use. It should be kept in a dry, ventilated location and protected from rain, standing water, and direct outdoor exposure.
