The FA-SC57U restores the standard antenna connection on compatible ICOM portable radios. Its flexible construction is suited for routine handheld use in industrial, transportation, security, public safety, commercial, and field communication environments.
430–470 MHz Frequency Coverage
This antenna is designed specifically for radios operating between 430 and 470 MHz. Similar-looking ICOM antennas cover different sections of the UHF band, so the antenna should be matched to the radio’s programmed frequencies for proper transmit and receive performance.
The red identification ring provides a quick visual reference when several frequency-specific antennas are stored or used within the same organization.
