Frequency-Specific Adjustment
The FA-SC61UC is supplied as a cut-type antenna covering the 380–520 MHz UHF range. Unlike a fixed-band replacement antenna, its length can be adjusted for a narrower operating frequency range.
Correct trimming is important for transmit and receive performance. Once shortened, the antenna cannot be returned to its original length, so adjustment should be completed only after confirming the radio’s programmed frequencies.
