Standard Voice and Push-to-Talk

The ASE-9575P-VEH supports both the standard Iridium Extreme 9575 and the Iridium Extreme PTT handset. Users can place regular satellite calls or use Iridium Push-to-Talk group communication while the phone remains secured in the dock.

External Iridium and GPS Antennas

Separate SMA female connections are provided for Iridium and GPS antennas. An externally mounted antenna can be positioned with a clear view of the sky, allowing the handset to remain inside the vehicle or vessel during operation.

Vehicle and Vessel Power

The docking station operates from a 10–32 VDC supply, supporting installation in a range of cars, trucks, emergency vehicles, heavy equipment, and marine vessels. Active peak power consumption is 12 watts.

Accessible Audio and Mounting

The included fist speaker microphone provides a familiar push-to-talk interface in the cabin, while the RAM mount allows the docking station to be positioned for convenient access. The system also supports compatible third-party PTT accessories for specialized fleet and interoperability requirements.

POTS System Integration

The integrated POTS interface allows the dock to connect with compatible analog telephone equipment, PBX systems, or wireless base stations. This provides additional installation options beyond direct operation through the docked handset and speaker microphone.
