Iridium GO Wall Mount Bracket Kit

Fixed and Portable Use

The kit consists of a mounting plate that attaches to the back of the Iridium GO! and a wall bracket secured to the installation surface. The device slides into the bracket for fixed operation and can be removed when portable satellite connectivity is needed elsewhere.

This arrangement works well for users who normally operate the Iridium GO! from one location but still need the flexibility to take it outdoors or move it between sites.

Organized Cable Routing

Guides at the rear of the bracket provide a path for the USB charging cable and external antenna adapter cable. This helps keep the connections organized and reduces loose wiring around the mounted device.

The installation guide recommends leaving approximately 4 inches of each cable accessible on both sides of the bracket so they can be connected to the Iridium GO! after it is placed in the mount.

Flexible Installation Locations

The bracket can be installed in a vehicle, vessel cabin, office, remote facility, or other protected location. It should be positioned close to the available power and external antenna connections while remaining accessible to users.

Because mobile devices connect to the Iridium GO! through Wi-Fi, nearby walls, doors, metal surfaces, and other structures should be considered when selecting the mounting position.

Simple Installation

The mounting plate aligns with the locating point and screw connection on the rear of the Iridium GO!. Once the plate is secured, the wall bracket is attached using the appropriate included screws for the mounting surface.

After the cables are routed through the rear guides, the Iridium GO! slides into the bracket and the power and antenna connections can be attached.

RAM Mount Compatibility

The wall bracket can also be used with compatible RAM mounting hardware for installations on windows, dashboards, consoles, or other locations where direct wall mounting is not suitable. RAM components are available separately.
