This prepaid plan comes with a $50 activation fee and remains active for the validity period once activated. Units are deducted according to usage and any remaining units expire at the end of the plan's validity period unless a refill or renewal is applied.

How to Check Balance

To check your prepaid balance and expiration date, enter *106# from the main screen of your IsatPhone and press the green call key. Your remaining units and expiry date will appear on the display.

Redeeming a Prepaid Voucher

To add units using a prepaid voucher, enter *101*Voucher Number# from the main screen and press the green call key. For example: *101*1234567890123456#. Your updated balance and new expiry date will then be displayed on the screen.
