NAL SHOUT Nano 200
The SHOUT nano 200 is a compact GPS tracking and communication device designed for personnel operating in remote or high-risk environments. It provides reliable satellite messaging through the Iridium network, helping teams stay visible and connected when cellular coverage is unavailable.
With multiple communication options—including satellite, mesh networking, and LTE connectivity through a paired device—the SHOUT nano 200 adapts to changing conditions in the field. Teams can track positions, exchange messages, and send SOS alerts through ATAK-compatible applications already used by many organizations.
Satellite Phone Store keeps critical communication equipment ready when it's needed most. We offer fast shipping, knowledgeable support, and service plans designed for field operations, emergency response, and remote deployments.
Description
The SHOUT nano 200 is a personal tracking and messaging device built for teams working far beyond traditional communication networks. Using Iridium satellite connectivity, the device can transmit location data and short messages from virtually anywhere on Earth.
What sets the SHOUT nano 200 apart is its multi-path communication capability. In addition to satellite messaging, the device supports mesh networking, allowing nearby SHOUT units to communicate directly with one another. When paired with a compatible cellular device, it can also use LTE connectivity, giving teams flexibility as conditions change.
The device integrates with the Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) platform, enabling real-time location awareness, messaging, and emergency alerting from a single operational interface. This makes it a practical solution for coordinated field operations where situational awareness is critical.
Designed with size, weight, and power efficiency (SWaP) in mind, the SHOUT nano 200 remains lightweight while delivering advanced functionality. A removable battery allows extended missions, while power-saving features such as sleep mode help maximize runtime.
Operational safety features include a man-down motion sensor, which can automatically trigger an SOS alert if a user becomes unresponsive. Geofencing tools allow teams to monitor movement within defined zones, and AES-256 encryption protects transmitted data.
The device also offers practical field flexibility. Multiple antenna options—including vehicle magnetic mounts—allow it to adapt to mobile deployments. A separate GPS antenna helps maintain accurate positioning while conserving battery power.
