The backpack uses a fitted interior designed around the Satcube Ku terminal and its standard operating accessories. Dedicated storage helps keep the terminal and equipment organized while reducing movement during transport.

Backpack and Carry-On Design

The case combines protective equipment storage with a wearable backpack format. This allows the terminal to be carried over uneven ground, through buildings, or between vehicles without relying on a separate wheeled case.

Its external dimensions are intended to comply with IATA carry-on luggage sizing. Airline baggage limits can vary by route, aircraft, and carrier, so dimensions and loaded weight should be checked before travel.

Protection During Transport

The soft-sided case and fitted internal padding help protect the Satcube system from scratches, impacts, and movement during routine handling. It is suitable for field teams that regularly transport the terminal between deployment sites.

The backpack is not described as waterproof or as a substitute for a sealed hard transit case. Additional protection may be required for checked baggage, marine transport, or prolonged exposure to rain and harsh conditions.
