Description
Independent Battery Charging
The single-bay charger holds one removable IsatPhone 2 battery at a time. Because the battery charges separately from the phone, the handset can remain available for calls while a spare battery is prepared for later use.
Charging and Conditioning
The SatStation charger combines battery conditioning and rapid charging in one process without intentionally draining the battery first. Once the battery reaches full charge, the unit switches to maintenance mode to keep it ready without continued overcharging or excessive heat.
Charging Status
Integrated LED indicators provide feedback on the battery’s current charging status. This allows personnel to check whether the battery is charging or ready for use without installing it in the IsatPhone 2.
AC or Vehicle Operation
The charger can operate from the included compatible AC power supply. An optional vehicle DC adapter is also available for charging in cars, trucks, vessels, and temporary field installations.
