Stable Four-Point Support

The Quadpod uses four legs to create a broad, stable base on a suitable flat surface. Its freestanding design is practical for temporary field deployments, equipment yards, remote facilities, test installations, and fixed sites where a compact support structure is preferred. Intellian describes it as suitable for applications ranging from short-term COTP use to permanent land-fixed installations.

Compact Storage and Transport

The mount measures 83 × 60 × 55 cm when assembled and folds to 52 × 21 × 12 cm for storage. At 4 kg, it is easier to transport and reposition than larger ballasted or structural mounting systems.

60 mm Mounting Interface

The Quadpod provides a standard 60 mm mast interface for the Intellian OW-6017 Adjustable Mount Adapter. That adapter is standard with the OW10HL and OW11FL land-fixed terminals and includes a built-in leveling tool for positioning the antenna during installation.

Temporary or Fixed Installation

The mount can stand freely for suitable temporary deployments or be secured to the supporting surface using optional bolts where a more permanent installation is required. The installation location should be level, structurally appropriate, and provide the terminal with an unobstructed view of the sky.

Compatible Land-Fixed Terminals

Intellian lists the Quadpod as a land-fixed mounting option for its Compact Flat Panel series. When paired with the OW-6017 adapter, it supports the OW10HL Compact and OW11FL Enterprise land-fixed terminals.
