Stay Connected Beyond Cellular Coverage
The ZOLEO is designed to eliminate communication gaps when traveling outside mobile coverage. Connected to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, it allows you to send and receive messages using the Iridium satellite network while automatically switching to cellular data or Wi-Fi whenever those networks become available.
Each device includes its own dedicated SMS number and email address, making it easy for friends, family, and coworkers to contact you without learning a new messaging platform.
Reliable Safety Features When They Matter
The ZOLEO includes dedicated SOS and Check-in buttons that operate directly from the device, even if your smartphone is damaged or has no battery remaining.
In an emergency, pressing the protected SOS button sends your GPS location to a 24/7 emergency response coordination center. The Check-in button lets you quickly notify your contacts that you're safe, with the option to include your GPS coordinates.
Built for Remote Adventures
The ZOLEO is engineered for challenging outdoor environments. Its compact enclosure meets IP68 standards for dust and water resistance and has been tested to MIL-STD-810G shock requirements.
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides more than 200 hours of standby operation when checking for new messages every 12 minutes, making it suitable for multi-day adventures and extended remote work.
