The BGAN Max 5GB Plan provides a defined monthly allowance for regular email, operational applications, web access, remote reporting, and routine file transfers in locations beyond terrestrial network coverage.
Voice & Messaging
Voice minutes and text messages are not included. Supported voice and messaging services are billed separately at the applicable rates shown in the plan details.
Coverage
Service operates over the Inmarsat BGAN satellite network across most of the world outside the extreme polar regions. A compatible BGAN terminal is required.
Network Performance
BGAN Standard IP supports data rates up to 492 kbps. Actual speeds depend on the terminal, satellite visibility, network conditions, and service configuration.
Contract Terms
Service is billed monthly with a 12-month minimum term and is best suited to ongoing deployments that require BGAN service throughout the year.
Higher-Capacity Options
BGAN Max is also available with 10GB, 30GB, 60GB, and 90GB monthly allowances.
