The BGAN Max 5GB Plan provides a practical data allowance for email, remote applications, operational reporting, web access, and routine file transfers from locations beyond terrestrial network coverage.
Voice & Messaging
Voice minutes and text messages are not included in the monthly allowance. Supported voice and messaging usage is billed separately at the rates shown in the plan details.
Coverage
Service uses the Inmarsat BGAN satellite network for connectivity across most of the world outside the extreme polar regions. A compatible BGAN terminal is required.
Network Performance
BGAN Standard IP supports data rates up to 492 kbps, depending on the terminal, satellite visibility, network conditions, and service configuration.
Contract Terms
Service is billed monthly with a 3-month minimum term, making this option well suited to shorter deployments and project-based requirements.
Higher-Capacity Options
BGAN Max plans are also available with 10GB, 30GB, 60GB, and 90GB monthly data allowances.
