The GDB Pager 200 Unit Plan provides the largest monthly allowance in this plan group for organizations with more frequent satellite paging and broadcast communication requirements.
How Units Are Used
GDB transmissions consume messaging units according to the size of the message and the geographic area selected for the broadcast. The 200-unit allowance therefore does not necessarily represent 200 individual messages.
Network Service
Iridium Burst enables one-way satellite broadcasts to authorized GDB Pagers within a targeted geographic area. A single transmission can reach multiple enabled devices, making the service useful for distributing alerts and operational information to groups.
Contract Terms
Service is billed monthly with a 12-month minimum term.
