The plan includes 10 minutes or texts per month, allowing flexible communication based on your needs. Each unit may be used as either one minute of voice communication or one outgoing text message.

Overage Rates

$1.19 per additional minute

$0.99 per additional text

After the included allowance is used, additional minutes and texts are billed according to the rates above.

Optional Addons

USA Number: $15 /mo.

Rollover Fee: $10 /mo.

Rollover and USA number are optional add-ons billed separately from your service plan. The rollover add-on allows unused allowance to carry forward where applicable. The USA number add-on assigns a U.S.-based virtual phone number that routes calls to your satellite phone.

Coverage

Iridium provides true global satellite coverage using a constellation of low-earth-orbit satellites. This ensures reliable connectivity across land, sea, and air — including polar regions — making Iridium one of the most comprehensive satellite networks available.

Contract and Service Terms

This plan requires a 12 month contract. Calls are billed in one-minute increments, and texts are deducted from your allowance.

International Calling

Calls made outside the United States may be subject to international dialing rates depending on the destination. Incoming calls placed to the satellite phone's assigned number may be billed according to applicable satellite calling rates. Calls dialed directly to local numbers in certain countries may incur additional charges.

Terms of Iridium Service

• A $50 activation fee applies to all new lines of service.
• The minimum duration for all Iridium Voice, Text & GPS Plans is stated in the order.
• An early termination fee will apply according to the terms of the order.
• Rollover limits are available for an additional charge.
• If service is canceled, the SIM card will be permanently disabled, and all unused minutes are forfeited upon service cancellation.
• Voice calls are billed in 1-minute increments.
• Incoming calls are unlimited if dialed directly (please be advised that the individual calling will incur international calling rates).
• Unlimited incoming text messages. Outgoing text messages are deducted from the usage plan at a rate of .25 minutes per text.
• Calls received via the 2-stage dialing or via the satellite phone USA phone number will be debited from the satellite phone minute plan.
• Dialing directly to local phone numbers is available in many other countries at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
• Calls to other satellite networks (i.e., Inmarsat, Thuraya, Globalstar) are billed at $12.00 per minute.
