The SPOT X Advanced Annual Plan provides one year of two-way satellite messaging with a larger 1,200-message allowance, GPS tracking as frequently as every 5 minutes, and Movement Alerts. Unlimited Check In, Predefined Messages, and SOS are also included.

Messaging Allowance
1,200 Custom Messages Per Year
The Advanced Annual plan provides a substantially larger two-way messaging allowance than the Basic tier. The 1,200 Custom Messages are available throughout the annual service period, with additional messages billed at $0.25 each.

SPOT X can exchange satellite messages with mobile numbers and email addresses. For U.S.-registered devices, incoming Custom Messages also count against the included message allowance.
Advanced Tracking
5, 10, 30, or 60-Minute Tracking Intervals
The Advanced tier adds a 5-minute tracking interval for more detailed location reporting than the Basic plan. Unlike Basic service, Advanced supports continuous tracking beyond 24 hours without requiring tracking to be restarted.
Movement Alerts
Movement Alerts can be configured for 30-minute, 60-minute, 4-hour, or 12-hour intervals, providing additional visibility when movement is detected.
Emergency Communication
Unlimited SOS service is included, with two-way messaging available during an emergency to exchange information with the 24/7 response coordination service.
Coverage
SPOT X communicates over the Globalstar satellite network. Coverage extends across many major land areas and surrounding offshore regions but is not fully global, so coverage should be confirmed for the intended operating area.
Service Terms
12 Months Prepaid Service
The annual subscription is paid upfront and provides the full annual Custom Message allowance for use during the service year.
