SPOT X Basic Annual Plan
The SPOT X Basic Annual Plan provides one year of two-way satellite messaging, GPS tracking, and SOS service for lighter communication needs. It includes 240 Custom Messages for the year, unlimited Check In and Predefined Messages, unlimited SOS, and tracking at 10, 30, or 60-minute intervals.

The Basic Annual plan provides 240 two-way Custom Messages for use throughout the 12-month service period. Additional Custom Messages are billed at $0.25 each.

SPOT X supports two-way satellite messaging with mobile numbers and email addresses beyond conventional cellular coverage. For U.S.-registered devices, incoming custom messages also count against the plan allowance.
GPS Tracking
10, 30, or 60-Minute Tracking Intervals
The Basic tier is intended for lighter tracking requirements. Tracking must be restarted after 24 hours on the Basic service.
Emergency Communication
Unlimited SOS service is included. SPOT X supports two-way communication during an SOS so information about the emergency can be exchanged with the 24/7 response coordination service.
Coverage
SPOT X operates over the Globalstar satellite network, with service across much of North America, Europe, Australia, and selected areas of South America, Africa, Asia, and surrounding offshore waters. Coverage is not fully global and should be checked for the intended destination.
Service Terms
12 Months Prepaid Service
The annual plan is paid upfront, with the full Custom Message allowance available for use during the service year.
