6 Satellite Messages Per Day
This plan provides six satellite transmissions each day, allowing more regular asset reporting while retaining a defined daily message allowance.
How Messages Are Used
SmartOne messages are machine-to-machine satellite transmissions rather than conventional texts. Messages can carry GPS location, movement information, configured sensor or input status, and other device-generated reports.
Asset Monitoring
The six-message tier is appropriate for equipment, vehicles, containers, vessels, and other assets that require several updates throughout the operating day. Actual message timing and event behavior depend on how the SmartOne device is configured.
Network & Coverage
Service is provided through the Globalstar Commercial IoT satellite network. Coverage and successful message delivery can vary with location, terrain, signal conditions, installation, and regional service availability.
