Service Speed
Up to 20 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload
The 20/5 Mbps profile provides higher available bandwidth than the 3/1 Mbps version while retaining the same 9 GB monthly data allowance. Standard service is dynamically contended rather than guaranteed dedicated bandwidth.
Additional Data
$0.14 Per Additional MB
Data usage beyond the included 9 GB monthly allowance is billed separately at the applicable additional-data rate.
Network Service
Toughsat uses Ground Control's iDirect VSAT network to provide professional satellite broadband for command vehicles, field teams, emergency operations, remote offices, and other locations without dependable terrestrial connectivity.
Coverage
The 20/5 Mbps service profile is available on supported Ground Control satellite infrastructure with compatible equipment. Published standard plans are for North American service, while international connectivity is available separately.
