K62 Why can’t I get a signal indoors?

Solution
Q&A
The phone must be able to connect to the network. To connect, the antenna on the phone should have a clear view of the sky. Tall and Big obstructions can block the signal to the satellite. For example, trees, mountains, and buildings. Sometimes, not often, you can make calls from inside while you are near a window, but we recommend that you go outside where you have a nice clear view of the sky for the best results
