Waterproof Protection During Use

The Aquapac Waterproof Glove provides a sealed protective barrier around the IsatPhone while allowing normal handset operation. It helps protect the phone from heavy rain, waves, spray, dust, sand, mud, and corrosion during outdoor and marine use.

The case is rated for immersion to 10 meters, making it suitable for demanding wet environments when the Aquaclip closure is properly secured.

Operate the Phone Through the Case

Clear flexible panels on both sides allow the screen, keypad, and handset controls to remain visible and accessible. Calls can be made and received through the case without significantly interfering with sound or satellite signals.

The reversible design accommodates devices with antennas positioned on either side, while the long internal space provides room for satellite phones and radios with extended antennas.

Hands-Free Carrying

The supplied three-way harness allows the protected handset to be worn securely against the chest. This keeps the phone accessible while leaving both hands available for vessel operations, rescue work, inspections, hiking, or other field tasks.

The adjustable carrying arrangement also helps reduce the chance of the handset being dropped while moving through wet or uneven environments.

Floating Design

When properly sealed with sufficient air inside, the case is designed to float if dropped into the water. This makes the handset easier to recover around boats, docks, rivers, or coastal work areas.

Flotation can vary depending on the weight of the device and the amount of air retained inside the case, so the complete setup should be tested before relying on it in the field.

Flexible and Durable Construction

The case is made from UV-stabilized TPU with high-frequency-welded seams. The flexible material protects the handset without the bulk of a rigid hard case and allows the keypad to be operated through the surface.

An Aquaclip sealing system secures the opening and can be repeatedly opened when the phone needs to be removed, charged, or inspected.

Marine and Field Applications

The Waterproof Glove is useful for boating, fishing, coastal work, emergency response, forestry, construction, expedition travel, and other applications where an IsatPhone may be exposed to harsh weather.

It provides environmental protection while the phone is being carried and used. It is not intended to provide the rigid impact or crush protection of a hard equipment case.
