The Model 1426 is designed for installations where the Thuraya IP terminal is operated indoors while the antenna is mounted outside with a clear line of sight to the Thuraya satellite. This arrangement improves signal quality and allows reliable broadband communications from locations where an indoor installation would otherwise be impractical.

Optimized for Thuraya Broadband

The antenna supports both Standard IP and Streaming IP services available on Thuraya IP terminals. It enables users to take advantage of streaming speeds up to 384 kbps while maintaining dependable broadband connectivity for applications such as:
