Minimum Period rate card adjustment for MC, P and H LX Pricing only The monthly Subscription Charges defined in section 12 are applicable for a Minimum Period of twelve (12) months. The following adjustments in the monthly Subscription Charges shall be made in case of Minimum Period variation:
i. Minimum Period of one (1) week: the wholesale Charges shall be increased by 60%
ii. Minimum Period of one (1) month: the wholesale Charges shall beincreased by 20%
iii. Minimum Period of six (6) months: the wholesale Charge shall be increased by 10%.
iv. Minimum Period of twenty-four (24) months: the wholesale Charge shall be decreased by 5%.
v. Minimum Period of thirty-six (36) months: the wholesale Charge shall be decreased by 10%.
