  • Mechanical and Electrical Failures: Coverage for defects, malfunctions, and breakdowns.
  • Accidental Damage: Includes protection from drops, screen breakage, liquid spills, and physical damage during normal use.
  • Optional Global Coverage: Add worldwide coverage for damage incurred during travel outside the U.S.

Claim Limits and Service Fees

  • Claim Limits: Up to 2 claims per 12-month period, limited to the full value of the device.
  • Service Fees: Repairs and replacements are subject to a service fee of $29 to $99, depending on the nature of the claim.

How to Get Covered

  1. Verify Your Device: Upload device details, including make, model, IMEI, serial number, and proof of purchase via our Claims Portal. Photos of your device in working condition may be required.
  2. Submit a Claim: Log in to the Claims Portal, provide incident details, and upload required documentation (photos, receipts, etc.).
  3. Repair or Replacement: Approved claims result in repair or replacement with a similar device. Reimbursements are available via PayPal, Venmo, or prepaid gift card.

What's Not Covered

  • Abuse, misuse, or intentional damage.
  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, dents).
  • Theft, unexplained loss, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage from improper use outside the manufacturer's guidelines.

Important Information

  • Verification is Required: Coverage applies only to fully verified devices through our platform.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your plan renews automatically unless canceled via the Claims Portal.
  • Reimbursement Methods: Payments for approved claims are processed via PayPal, Venmo, or prepaid gift cards.
