Description

Portable Broadband Without the Complexity

The SATCUBE Ku-Band Terminal brings VSAT performance into a compact package that is easy to transport and operate. Rather than requiring specialized satellite expertise, the terminal uses an intuitive graphical interface that guides the operator through antenna pointing with clear visual instructions.

An integrated inertial navigation system (INS) displays the required azimuth, elevation, and polarization while providing real-time feedback, allowing users to accurately align the antenna and connect to the selected satellite in less than one minute.

High-Speed Connectivity for Remote Operations

Designed for High Throughput Satellite (HTS) networks, the SATCUBE supports broadband applications including video conferencing, cloud access, large file transfers, VoIP communications, and remote collaboration.

Available with either an iDirect Evolution or UHP Networks modem, the terminal delivers:

  • Up to 20 Mbps download
  • Up to 20 Mbps upload
  • Minimum 4 Mbps full-duplex connectivity
  • Integrated Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet networking

Its compact design makes it practical for both planned deployments and rapidly changing field operations.

Built for Mobile Field Teams

Everything required to establish a satellite broadband connection is integrated into a single enclosure, including the antenna, modem, amplifier, positioning system, Wi-Fi, and user interface.

The terminal operates from internal batteries for up to three hours of transmit time and supports optional hot-swappable battery packs for extended missions. It can also operate from AC or DC power, making it suitable for vehicles, generators, or fixed field installations.

Reliable Operation in Challenging Environments

The SATCUBE is designed for demanding outdoor use where dependable communications are essential. Its sealed IP65 enclosure protects against dust and water, while the integrated heat pipe cooling system helps maintain stable performance during extended operation.

The lightweight design—weighing approximately 8 kg (17.6 lb)—allows a single operator to transport and deploy the terminal quickly, making it suitable for disaster response, remote work sites, military support, broadcast crews, and humanitarian missions.
